Sarah Cooke

Mrs. Cooke is a non-executive director of Cripps Foundation and was appointed in 2016.

She spent 25 years as Corporate Secretary and Head of the Bermuda Office for the Atlantic Philanthropies and the Atlantic Group of Companies.  She was part of the management team that navigated the spend down of The Atlantic Foundation and worked with the Cornell University archivist to create the AP archive at Cornell.  Mrs. Cooke was a consultant to the Bermuda Foundation on operational areas and also provided support to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership.  She participated in the development of policies and procedures and steered BF through the UK Community Foundation reaccreditation process.

Mrs. Cooke earned the distinction of F.C.I.S and P.Adm from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators at the University of Toronto, has an MBA from Brunel University in the UK and a B.A. in Politics from Bates College in the US.
