Peter Pelletier

Mr. Pelletier is a non-executive director of Cripps Foundation as well as some of its subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Audit Committee.


From 1979 through 2014, Mr. Pelletier served in various senior financial positions with the Velcro companies, the world leader in the production and sales of hook-and-loop fasteners. As a member of the Board of Directors of Velcro Industries N.V., Mr. Pelletier shared responsibility for the general direction of the Velcro companies. As Chief Financial Officer, he had responsibility for the financial and fiscal management of their global operations, including responsibility for financial reports and tax filings in accordance with the applicable requirements in the countries where the group companies operate. Prior to joining the Velcro companies, Mr. Pelletier was a member of the audit staff of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Certified Public Accountants (now Deloitte & Touche), from 1974 through 1979. In this capacity, he performed and supervised audits for a wide range of large diversified manufacturing companies. From 1969 through 1974, Mr. Pelletier was employed by Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division. From 1965 to 1969, he served in the United States Air Force.


Mr. Pelletier is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He has a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Business Administration, from Merrimack College and an Associate of Science degree, with High Honors, in Computer Technology from Northern Essex Community College. He also did graduate work at Bentley University in its Masters of Finance degree program.
